We can offer you any serice, help, advice, assistance, Property Finding, Land Aquasition, Off Plan, New Builds, Rural Property, Country Property, Town Houses, Town Property, Apartments, Houses, Flats, Bespoke Design & Build, Company Formations, Legal Advice, Land Registry Searches, and anything else that I have not thought of here.
In short, we can offer you what ever you need. We either have the expertise in house, or have collaberation with Good, Honest & Trustworthy Companies and induviduals; such as our Lawyer.
As a Company Rainbow Bulgarian Properties offer a wide range of services from Pre-Sale to After-Sales.
If you have not selected an area you would like to buy in we can provide you with a profile of different areas and properties that are for sale, including prices.
If you already have bought a plot, and the necessary regulations have been verified ( if not we can help you with this), we will oversee the necessary Design and/or building workers; from start to finish. Clearing the land ready for building, demolition of an existing building, taking all necessary precautions and preparations in a professional manner; as demolition of old properties can be dangerous.
If you require a lawyer we can put you in touch with an English speaking lawyer who will be happy to assist you every step of the way; with very reasonable rates, this ensures that you are not paying over the odds for relevant services and that all paperwork is legal and aboveboard. Please bear in mind that to purchase land in Bulgaria you must have a registered business, whether it is trading or not, you will need a lawyer to arrange this for you. However there are alternative methods which we could offer you.
We also can put you in touch with an architect to oversee the regulations and designs of your property, and an accountant if you require one, all of whom are very trustworthy and reputable within their areas of expertise.
Once the designs have been approved and all necessary paperwork completed we are ready to start building; we will ensure that all materials are first grade and that all building is carried out to the highest standard, to NHBC UK standards. Weekly updates will be e-mailed to you so you can check the progress of your building.
Once your property is completed, we will make sure that when the property is handed to you it is in perfect condition. If you are planning to only use your property for holiday purposes or renting out, we can arrange for cleaning services for your arrival, maintenance, and security services, in your absence.
If you are planning on residing in your Bulgarian home, we can offer advice on the process you will require to stay long term in Bulgaria, including local amenities and local knowledge and customs.
