Hello Everyone I am Roger:

I first came to Bulgaria 12 years ago on my way to Istanbul. Returning about 5 years ago when, we started to look at properties, as an investment and for a holiday home. I moved Permanently to Bulgaria about a year ago and am now in the process of renovating my own house, in the Province of Razgrad.

I have moved permanently to Bulgaria and intend to spend most of my time here. I have extensive experience and knowledge of local conditions, and can assist you in finding, negotiating with the seller directly, purchasing, renovating, obtaining planning permission, and licence. I work with locals who are Professional in their area, which mean that my team and I work for you, and provide you with the service that you need.
